Welcome to OPA, a Greek and Mediterranean dining experience in central Maine. The Gudis family is proud to bring this dining experience to the heart of downtown Waterville.

So why the name OPA? Opa is a word known to many Greeks, its an expression of sorts used in celebrations of life. It is often a toast of sorts in good times surrounded by loved ones, dear friends and good food. We wanted to brink the essence of the word to ever table for a unique dining experience to Waterville. We envisioned feeding our friends and neighbors and bringing a little Greek spirit to the everyday.
